      How does JBPM provide Adaptive Case Management ? Does the solution provide monitoring and measurability for adaptive case management?

jBPM5 provides the capability of externalizing the information about how your processes are being executed. If you combine that with processes that support ad-hoc activities then it's up to the domain to analyze how to measure the executed activities. I'm pretty sure that I'm not covering all your question, but I would like to understand what do you want to achieve before going deep in the answer.
