rich:colorPicker in Richfaces 4

Hello everyone,

is the colorPicker gone in richfaces 4? I couldn't find any information about that and at the showcase I can't find the color picker anymore.

I just try to convert my richfaces 3 project to richfaces 4 and if there is no color picker anymore, I have a problem.

Is there any alternative?

I haven't seen much interest in colorPicker for RF4 so far, either in JIRA [1] or Roadmap planning discussion [2].

What about alternatives?

I can see that PrimeFaces has colorPicker component [3],

or you can surely contribute to the project and use RichFaces CDK to migrate RF3 component to RF4 [4].

Anyway, creating JIRA for providing colorPicker in RF4 is good idea [5]!
