Richfaces 4.1.0.Final a4j:push throw jetty java.lang.IllegalArgumentException in PushResource.java:85

I simplified richfaces showcase to test a4j:push. All seems work ok then I deploy to Tomcat, but I using mvn jetty:run and load page I getting:

What can be wrong here? Maybe some dependences are missing? I attached sample maven project to test out...
P.S. I getting same exception when trying to integrate with Spring Web Flow, which is priority issue. Had someone tried such setup?
