    2 questions - w.r.t Infinispan & w.r.t EAP Versus AS

    sridhar_neel

Does the JBOSS AS7.1 include Infinispan cache module?

Second question is if one downloads the JBOSS EAP 5 datasheet from JBOSS.COM web site, can it be assumed that all the modules & standards listed in that datasheet are supported in JBOSS AS7.1?   Thanks very much.

EAP5 is based on JBoss AS 5 and doesn't apply for AS7. EAP6 will be based off AS7. For more details about EAP, please contact the support/sales team from the jboss.com site.

Thank you Jaikiran. One more third question:- Where/How can I get what out of JEE6 specifications that the JBOSS AS 7.1 complies to?? I understand JBOSS goes through Web Profile certification and not full profile. I am not bothered about it. What I am interested in is a list of "technologies" that AS7.1 supports. Which document may provide that? I went to documentation link and had a look at the docs available. But could not find an answer to this question. Thank you very much.

AS 7.1 will support full profile of JEE6.

There's a table listing the technologies, here https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/AS71/Getting+Started+Guide

Thank you very much Jaikiran. I see the table now. However the title in the table says JBOSS Application Server 7.0.0----but I will assume the same will apply for 7.1.0 and move ahead with 7.1.

I believe it will be updated. The column that's applicable for you is the "Full Profile" under the "Java Enterprise Edition 6" tab. That's the set of technologies AS 7.1 will support.
