    How does one interectact with the switchyard-quickstart-demo-helpdesk once deployed in Switchyard AS 7-0.3?

      After deploying, I use SoupUI to send it an XML message.  Everything appears fine because I get the message "


      ********** TicketManagementServiceBean: opening ticket **********" in my console.  I believe it is waiting for some sort of human intervention in the "Review Ticket" component.  I have opened jBPM Console and logged in as user "krisv" but I don't see any tasks in the list?  Can someone tell me if I am doing something wrong?
