RF 4.1 graphValidator not working

I'm new to RF but so far it has been a powerfull and simple tool to work with.

the problem right now is that i tried almost everything, googling, here etc. and i can't find the reason or solution to this:

"Jan 25, 2012 9:43:37 PM com.sun.faces.application.ApplicationImpl createValidator

SEVERE: JSF1005: Cannot instantiate validator of type javax.faces.Bean"

im using eclipse + maven and i have all the needed dep. including the validation-api jar.
