RichFaces & JavaScript Components?

Hi,

I'm developing an existing Web Application new with RichFaces.

I've found good (mostly way better) alternative RichFaces Components for the old JavaScript & HTML Components.
But there is an own implementet JavaScript Component wich is very komplex and there is nothing similiar in the RichFaces library.

Is it possible to use this existing Component in the new RichFaces Applikation or do i have to rebuild it?

Does realy nobody know if i can use RichFaces and JavaScript Komponent together?

You could integrate any additional client side widgets to your application but should add server side processing/synchronization for the widgets on your own.

Hi Eurokey, don't know if this answer your question, but RichFace has already a JS library attacht. Please have a short look:
http://jquery.com/

Maybe the documentation or wiki regarding jQuery can help you to solve your problem with your own JS-Component?
Or you just try it.....and play a litte bit around with your component?
