You wont find many windows experts around here for old realeases like 4.2.2 is.
We noticed that default profile has picked up instead of all.
Maybe its a bug, but for you to workaround, its enough to just copy /all folder to /default folder (and you can backup your /default folder if you need). The profile name is only about naming, does not have other implications.
