    HTML 5 and Seam 3

      I noticed there are several HTML5 books coming out soon.  What effect, if any, will HTML 5 have on Seam 3?


      Or perhaps this is more related to facelets and JSF 2?

          Minimal, if any. Even those components that are in the view-layer and touch HTML only produce it.

            If you take the narrow view, the impact will be minimal. However the impact on the apps that people write for the web will be much bigger - for example having much more powerful JS available will alter the relationship between client/server (as AJAX did)...
