I have read the alpha1 release notes many times and I still could not get basic authentication working. Again I don't have those

block defined. I just want to be able to authenticate a user by loginid and password (hashed) from database. Basic stuff but not working. I wonder if you can provide an example? I injected Identity bean and a Credentials bean, it seems they are not usable if I follow seam 2 documentation. I know there are changes in seam 3, but I don't see any example showing what the new api is used.

Please give me a working sample java class.

I'll be adding a simple authentication example shortly which will demonstrate this.  Keep an eye on this JIRA issue.
