If you set the connection factory in your context to /ConnectionFactory it should work with 0 changes. If you change the JNDI entry, you'll need to extend and specialize the JmsConnectionFactoryProducer bean to use a different JNDI location.
However, it does build on Seam Servlet and Solder, so any issues from those modules may extend in to JMS.
