Forcing login page in Seam 3?

What is the best way to force the user to a login page (login.xhtml for example) if they are not logged in?  I want the login page to display no matter what URL they enter or where they navigate from if they aren't logged in.  In Seam 2 this was fairly straight forward but I'm not sure what would be the best way to do it in Seam 3?  Would it be some type of navigation rule?  Does it have to be done in a filter?

be sure to take a look at the faces-viewconfig example if you are having trouble getting this going.  It's a working example, so you can try building off of that.
