ui:include not working in Safari

<ui:include src="../about/footer.xhtml" />  
shows a footer
on any browser localy and from the web
only safari from outside brings an 'internal error'

in Seam2 everything was working correctly

That seems very odd that it only dies in Safari, is this is server side, unless something in the generated HTML is bad. I don't have any ideas without seeing the source of the files and possibly the generated HTML.
