Seam 3.1.0.Final

It appears that seam 3.1.0.Final has been released (mid December-2011). Perhaps someone in the seam team could update the module pages with the new maven artifact id and the download links.

I've upgrade already and it all works just fine. Thanks for the great project and all the hard work!

Not all of the modules have been released, and there hasn't been an official release announcement yet :)
