Weld included in Glassfish V3 prelude distro?

So I just extracted Glassfish V3 prelude.  I am wondering if in an EE 6 app server like this (which is the reference implementation for EE 6) should it have the weld-.jar files in its directory structure?

the jsf-.jar files are there...

Weld is only in the latest GF V3 build 70, it is neither in Prelude nor in Preview.

Technically, GlassFish V3 (and Prelude) are previews of an EE6 app server, neither of them have passed the full EE6 testsuite.
