2. Re: A few new bugs in 3.3.2.SR1
glammy Oct 14, 2009 3:12 PM (in response to glammy)Yes.. but on further investigation I see one of the issues is present also in 3.3.1, and the other one might have been because my internet connection has dropped (and google maps was not accessible).
I will investigate shortly and close the issues if they are not real. -
3. Re: A few new bugs in 3.3.2.SR1
ilya_shaikovsky Oct 14, 2009 3:22 PM (in response to glammy)Thanks for your report and efforts! Please add also code snippets to the issues. We had basic checks performed for sure.. and if not found before release - it could became problematic without additional info. especially 7978 and 7979.

4. Re: A few new bugs in 3.3.2.SR1
glammy Oct 14, 2009 3:22 PM (in response to glammy)OK, I'm sorry then - only the style attribute on rich:menuItem remains.
And it appeared I could omit using "style" there, so welcom 3.3.2.SR1.
I anything arises, I'll triple-check before posting.
Thanks. -
5. Re: A few new bugs in 3.3.2.SR1
glammy Oct 14, 2009 3:27 PM (in response to glammy)As I've written in the closed "element is null", I couldn't really figure what 'exactly' causes it. I'm now investigating the current appearance, and it's again regarding forms / modal windows (and their nesting).

jbalunas Oct 14, 2009 3:29 PM (in response to glammy)As Ilya said - thanks for the efforts, and for following up.
Please let us know if there is anything else that is found. -
7. Re: A few new bugs in 3.3.2.SR1
glammy Oct 14, 2009 3:32 PM (in response to glammy)Ok, now "element is null" is cause by:
a4j:form IN a4j:form in modal panel.
Changing the first one to a4j:region made it still work, and no error.
Sometimes with complex interfaces a4j:form in a4j:form (and a couple of ui:/a4j: includes) appear necessary, I think. -
8. Re: A few new bugs in 3.3.2.SR1
ilya_shaikovsky Oct 14, 2009 3:37 PM (in response to glammy)nested form not allowed at all in JSF.. strange that you get the problem only after update. :)
Update us on any further problems ;) -
9. Re: A few new bugs in 3.3.2.SR1
glammy Oct 14, 2009 3:40 PM (in response to glammy)The update coincided with a change in my code, so the updated was not actualy the reason for this one.
Nested forms are not allowed in HTML even :) But it often works. I agree they should be avoided, though. -
