Design Tools for EJB3 and Seam?

Sorry for unrelated question. But I after learning Seam2/3 for about 2 months, I need some savvy tool to express my design based on EJB3 and Seam2/3, so that our team can develop/code according to the design documents, such as class/UR diagrams.

Is UML/Rational Rose still the Holy Grail for EJB design? Or other lightweight while expressive tool like the seam framework invented for productivity and simplicity? Really appreciate any recommendations and suggestions, Nessus.

Seems a trivial problem? Or you are all using Class Diagram?

But I dont know how to add those annotations in to explicitly express my modeling.
