Managing many-to-many relationships with many options

What would be a good/best approach to manage many-to-many relationships when there are many options? h:selectMany isn't very feasible when I for instance want to categorize an item in several categories out of hundreds available (just an example)...

I like the component that Crank is using for example, is there a similar component available with Seam, or another preferred approach perhaps?

You could use something like the rich:listShuttle

[seammm]

ListShuttle can be good for demos and limited (less than 50?) number of items but not usable for anything larger than that.
