1. Re: The conversation ended, timed out or was processing another request
jimk1723 Feb 22, 2008 11:01 PM (in response to pete007)I've found this to be pretty common on pages that use an a4j:support element tied to a blur event to validate fields (which the seam-gen stuff does.) If the user submits the form immediately after bluring from the field, there will be two requests send to the server: one from the a4j:support and one from the form submit. The concurrent access to the conversation triggers the exception.
More on this at the old forums here.
And some stuff from the reference.
And the JIRA issue Pete mentions.

The conversation ended, timed out or was processing another requestPlease give the solution of this problem.
Here is the code
<rich:column id="usrColumn" sortBy="#{usr_request.user.userName}" filterBy="#{usr_request.user.userName}" filterEvent="onkeyup"> <f:facet name="header" > <h:outputText value="User Name" /> </f:facet> <h:outputText value="#{usr_request.user.userName}" /> </rich:column>

kragoth Feb 24, 2009 1:48 AM (in response to pete007)I havn't actually done this but, you could try using a ajax queue so that you don't have so many posts going to the server.
You are using the keyup event which is going to fire much faster then each of your ajax events will be processed.
So yeah investigate using a ajax queue and see if that stops you having these problems.
