nbelaevski Oct 21, 2009 9:38 AM (in response to quartilan)Hi,
I think you can use MyFaces solution together with RichFaces, or do you need to use RI JSF? -

3. Re: A4j exception handling.
juangon Oct 21, 2009 2:24 PM (in response to quartilan)You could try - catch every exception in managed beans, and then add the message you want with FacesContext.addMessage method (these is standard JSF so will work with myfaces and SUN RI implementations). Here is the API:
http://developers.sun.com/docs/jscreator/apis/jsf/javax/faces/context/FacesContext.html#addMessage%28java.lang.String,%20javax.faces.application.FacesMessage%29 -

quartilan Oct 22, 2009 8:26 AM (in response to quartilan)Thx but I'm looking for a way so I don't need add a try catch in my beans.
Something like a filter.
But thx for your answer. -
