flushing components

Is there a setting which can turn this off please.
I REALLY don't want it to happen as it slows me down considerably and worse is making me look for bugs that arn't there.

MyEclipse works perfectly well using exploded deployment instantly; this just interferes at some random time after a change to a .xhtml file.

The problem is accentuated when using Ajax... you even have to leave the whole page and come back in to get things back synched again.
