seam generate-entities and eclipse compatibility

Hi, I've created a new project with seam, but I can't open it in eclipse :( . Then I tried to generate the entities but the command seam generate-entities throws me the java.lang.NoClassDefFound org/apache/commons/logging/LogFactory exception.
Why isn't the project compatible with eclipse and do I need to copy the log4j Jar myself into the project in order to generate the entities?

define "can't open it". The issues sound strange, what java version, what seam version, what jboss as version etc?
