Even though the page renders a form, an s:link renders an anchor tag that performs a GET, not a POST.
Have you read the sections describing GET conversations and <s:link>? See 6.3. Starting conversations with GET requests and 6.4. Using <s:link> and <s:button>

christian.bauer Mar 9, 2008 10:19 PM (in response to elnino)<s:link view="/myView.xhtml" action=#{gavinKing.iAmCodingSeam} />
The generated output will be as a form; I understand that a form is needed to peform the action.s:link does not render a form and it is not needed for a GET request.

Thanks for your answers.
yes I have read all the Seam Reference Guide but I haven't acquire all the knowledge.
I have check in my code. You're right; in fact the form tag was added by Ajax effects. I'am sorry for my mistake.
So what you said is that there is no problem for Search Robot Indexing, that's right ?
There is something that I don't understand :
A link where an action modify the content of the issued page will be rendered as link tag.
The robot will read the href parameter and will load the URL... But the action won't be done, right ?I am sorry if my questions are stupid; thank you a lot to take time for answering; I really appreciate.
Do you have docs or links on URL-Rewritting WITH SEAM ?
Regards,
Paul
