Page Actions doesn't work on linux

Hello,

I have a application using Seam 2.0.1GA. I have some page actions file. Like list.page.xml that execute list actions. In windows platform everything works fine, but in linux (Ubuntu 7.10) the page actions doesn't work.

Is there any requirement to run on linux?

Could you provide more information on your environment?

I haven't tested on Ubuntu yet, but page actions are working as expected on Debian and Solaris, both with a Sun 1.5 VM.

I'm on Ubuntu 7.10.... no problems here.
Sounds like a deployment / packaging issue.

Well, I'm using Red Hat Developer Studio Release Candidate 2, Java Developer kit 6 update 4 and tomcat 6.0.14.

I installed tomcat in my home folder /home/marcos/apache-tomcat-6.0.14/ and I'm using RHDS Servers default settings.

Important issue,

If I put page action declarations on web-inf/pages.xml, everything will works fine, but um separated files in Linux nothing occur.

Where do you places the deployed .page.xml in your deployed archive?

In the same place where my page is. For example:
/users/list.xhtml - Page File
/users/list.page.xml - Page Actions File

One more thing, the content of my list.page.xml is:

Hmmm... I've just noticed that you're not using Tomcat 6.0.16 but 6.0.14, which should be not affected... Anyway linked bug is the only one I'm aware off that can cause your problem...

Thanks, I updated to version 2.0.2CR1 and now every thing works fine.
