rich:page and head xhtml

Hi all,

Im using a rich:page to create a new facelets template,
I'd like to add head, title..html tags, and I dont see anywhere on the documentation how we can do it with rich layouts.

rich:page produces html markup tags so no need to add them.

yes but how can we link a css or javascript file? or populate xhtml pages title?

It seems that ui:insert does, ui:include do not work inside rich:page.
