How to implement Quartz StatefulJob in app?

Hi
I use my Seam 2.0 app integrated with opensymphony quartz. So far everthink is alright but  my triggered method is fired each one second, and when method calc over that one second another job is fired. I posted to quartz forum about that and they told me to implement StatefulJob, but can't find any example how to use it in Seam.
Can anyone show me example or give me any advice to do it?
