radu123 Nov 4, 2009 2:53 AM (in response to radu123)Hi !
Thanks a lot for the message.
I read the article.
Now i am trying to solve this issue using rich:jQuery.
Basically what i am trying to is something like:
<h:selectOneMenu ...
onfocus="removeFirstStyle(this); enlargeComboBox(this);"
onblur="removeEnlargedStyle(this); collapseComboBox(this);"> ...
having this querys:
<rich:jQuery name="removeFirstStyle" timing="onJScall" query="removeClass('initialStyle')" />
<rich:jQuery name="enlargeComboBox" timing="onJScall" query="addClass('enlargeComboBox')" />
<rich:jQuery name="removeEnlargedStyle" timing="onJScall" query="removeClass('enlargeComboBox')" />
<rich:jQuery name="collapseComboBox" timing="onJScall" query="addClass('initialStyle')" />
Using "animate" could also be another way.. for trying... i guess
Setting backgound color worked as expected but setting width now i have some issues...
For me in FireFox it worked fine... the combo box items automatically expands...
Is there a magical attribute like "listWidth" which i have missed ? :)
Best regards,
