ResourceNotFoundException error, anyone see this before ?

I suddly getting following error in Eclispe Tomcat http server for my JSF/Richface application. Enviroment is

using TomCat6.0 on Window XP
richface 3.3.1
jboss-seam (downloaded couple month ago)
java1.5_20

The error statck:
SEVERE: Servlet.service() for servlet Faces Servlet threw exception
org.ajax4jsf.resource.ResourceNotFoundException: Resource not registered : org.ajax4jsf.javascript.AjaxScript.jsf
at org.ajax4jsf.resource.ResourceBuilderImpl.getResource(ResourceBuilderImpl.java:406)
at org.ajax4jsf.resource.ResourceBuilderImpl.getResourceForKey(ResourceBuilderImpl.java:350)

Goole tells me that can get rid this problem by clean IE or firefox cache, I did it, but problem still there. Anyone know how to fixed this problem ? Thanks.

Check your web.xml, probably there's some misconfiguration.

Thanks for the suggestion. It seems not related to the web.xml, since all the projectes used to work all having problem. Today I tested Firefox (most time I use IE), which worked fine (server does not throw excepion). After spend many hours, finally I made things working again: clean all IE history but the trick is, also empty the recycle bin.

I read some where that this was a bug in Richface old release, but I am using version 3.3.1, seems the bug not totally fixed.
