a4j:mediaOutput && pdf

Hello,

Can a4j:mediaOutput display pdf? I have to include a pdf file in a jsf page, and I'm wondering if I can use a4j:mediaOutput (or other component). For now I found a solution to use iframe, but I'm not happy with it.
