Here is an interesting article over IBM's developerworks website, entitled

Java theory and practice: Are all stateful Web applications broken?

It doesn't talk about Seam, but it discusses threading issues with stateful web applications.  I believe Seam has the opportunity to show its value because of the many features Seam has to provide better concurrency for the developer.

      Discuss.
