Access the @In fields in constructor

Why I can not access the fields injected with @In from the constructor ?
I presume it has to do whit the Seam Component LifeCycle but I can not figure it, why.

Use an @Create method. When the constructor is called the object does not exist yet so it is impossible for dependency injection frameworks to inject values before the constructor is called
