I downloaded Developer Studio 2.0 Beta and imported your projects into my workspace and... it works!
Concerning the undeployed datasource: It's realy good to know the reason of this problem. Thank you!

Update to Seam 2.1:
Properties Project Facelts Seam offers the opportunity to change version of Seam from 2.0 to 2.1. It seems to update the libriaries automatically. So the problem to updating the libraries doesn't axist I think. But there is a note that the configuration files are not migrated... anyway although I didn't change any configuration file the project works for me. :-)
