1. Re: seam-gen not generating pages to @ManyToMany relationships
meetoblivion Feb 16, 2009 5:55 AM (in response to tognado)For it to work correctly, you need to have a reference to Boy in Toy class. Also, is it creating pages to manage both entities separately; or are they skipped all together? Any difference in the seam-gen if you change the cascade type to ALL?

For it to work correctly, you need to have a reference to Boy in Toy class.I tried both ways and everything almost works, with an exception described below.
Also, is it creating pages to manage both entities separately; or are they skipped all together?Seam is creating separated pages for managing both entities, but, as i said, boy contains a set of toys and in the boy page there is no
toy items
to select or something like that. In the boy management, there is just aname
field to fill instead ofname
andtoys
Any difference in the seam-gen if you change the cascade type to ALL?Apparently not :-(

tognado May 29, 2009 6:50 PM (in response to tognado)Hello, unfortunately i did not. I could not find any AUTOMATED way of doing this using code-gen, so I did it manually.
