Suppressing seam sessions

I would like to suppress the start of seam sessions on my stateless, external pages.  By external, I mean pages that don't require a login to view. The reason is that on some mobile devices, the session and conversation ids show up in the URLs making for messy bookmarked URLs.  I can't figure out how to keep seam sessions and conversations from starting unnecessarily on stateless pages.  I'd like the sessions and conversations to only start on login.  Thanks for the help.

Did a quick google search on this and found a couple of this.

Seam Doco is a good place to start. Here you can see something like this might do what you want.

<h:commandLink action="main" value="Exit">

    <s:conversationPropagation type="none"/>

</h:commandLink>

By embedding the

<s:conversationPropagtion>

tag in your buttons and links you should be able to stop the conversationId from appearing (I think, not tested :P)

To stop sessions being created you need to disable or patch the identity filter - see http://www.seamframework.org/Community/ReallyStatelessPagesNoHTTPSessionCreation
