How do you disable Seam support in an app?

I'm having a weird problem: I'm trying to create just a plain JSF app in Eclipse, but when I try to run it, it loads the home.seam page. In the project's properties, the Seam support checkbox is blank. What's going on? Thanks.

seeing home.seam doesn't mean your application is seam based. you should check libs and web.xml of your application .... just look booking example that comes with seam distribution ...

Seam support checkbox enables seam support functionality from JBDS (like Seam components view).

What URL are you navigating to? Usually it's something like this:

http://myserver/myproject

which defaults to index.html which looks like this:

<html> <head> <meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="0; URL=home.seam"> </head> </html>

which is perhaps why you're seeing home.seam...
