IML and IPR file after seam-gen

Hi,
using the trunk of seam (actually 2.1.2) I generated with seam-gen an application and I saw two files:
myappl.iml and myall.ipr

What are these files for?

I tried to change the jdbc file to connect to another db, but it is no more deployed with the application.
I saw that those files contain refernce to the jdbc, so I ask for more details about them.

IntelliJ IDEA project/module files.

These are the project and module files for IntellJ IDEA IDE.

You can safely ignore both of them if you are not using IDEA.
