i started studying how to work with seam some months ago and had to stop, now i'm back and still struggle to understand how to manage the users in my application.
back then i posted a question (post) but got no replies, so i'll try to be more specific this time.
i understand how to use the Identity and Authenticator objects, but not how to load and persist users from the database.
from what i understand, i need to extend the Identity class and implement the authenticate method in the Authenticator, but how do i get the data? am i supposed to make the user class (which extends the Identity) an entity bean?
