DoS defense in seam

Doesn't SEAM have a feature to limit hits to a site or page based on IP address. I'm not talking about the concurrent request configuration used by AJAX. I swear that I remember something like a throttle annotation for this purpose. I can't find any info on it so maybe I am hallucinating. If anyone has such info can you please point to towards it?

Never heard of such a feature with Seam (yet).

I think Seam should stand behind somethink, like apache which have better ddos scripts for protection.
