Dynamic form with seam

Hello.
I have a problem. I'm developing a project and I have to do pages that use template. For example, to display a page I have to read the database and build a page with the form. In the database exists the description of the form's items.

Can somebody help me?

I proved the example but I did'nt obtain results, the example returns the error: Error Parsing /dog.xhtml: Error Traced[line: 12] The prefix "crud" for element "crud:masterEdit" is not bound.

I'm using seam 2.0.0, is necesary to have seam 2.0.2?

Can Anybody help me?
