Pdf table cell alignment: Bug, Feature Request or Impossible

Is there any chances that something like this works without using paragraph tag? Is this problem a bug, something that can´t be done or a feature request?

This is a bug and should be fixed in 2.1.1 CR1. Look at cell alignment broken thread.
