cms blank file issue

no i didn't hit the approve in workflow.

I am suspecting the file does not show up because it's not approved yet. I think if it' snot approved, it should not show up regardless whether file is empty or has contents.

I think this and https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBPORTAL-2089 are related.

Let's see what Sohil says and will create a jira accordingly.

I think it is a nice idea to be able to change the contents of your file this way (i don't if there are any other ways) before the approval/deny.
