Seam and JBoss Embedded and Intercepting Inherited Methods

This particular issue is not going to be fixed in Legacy Embedded:
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/EMB-14

So, I am curious how other seam users are dealing with this. My guesses are:
- others aren't using session beans (possible)
- others don't have inherited methods in their session beans (possible but not likely)
- there is just something wrong with what we are doing (could be...)

Any thoughts?

Interesting. I have an @AroundInvoke public Object logTiming InvocationContext ctx) in the base class of my stateless session beans and it is executed during SeamTests as well. I can see the messages being printed during integration tests.

Perhaps because I don't use a separate interceptor class in this case. Can you reproduce your problem with this approach?
