EAR libraries not getting published

When I publish to JBOSS server from Eclipse 3.3.2 WTP (Europa) using JBOSS tools 2.0.1 the jboss-seam.jar etc. are not getting deployed (which causes 'Could not initialize deployment...'). I can deploy them separately to the 'deploy' directory if I right click on them and select 'Deploy to Server' or manually with copy/paste but I thought Publish was supposed to deploy everything. Why aren't these deployed with Publish and where do they actually belong on the server (ear folder, deploy folder, etc.)? SEAM documentation (or books like Seam In Action) don't seem to address this.

you're better off using seam-gen to create a WAR or EAR project and revengr your entities. You also get a very nice ant build.xml. I don't like the 4 project WTP structure that JBoss tools is based on...

Thanks, I may try that. It just strikes me as ironic that the geniuses who created this behemeth can't provide something where 'Hello World' works using JBoss Tools and Eclipse. It makes me wonder how well the rest of it works.
