Seam - BUILD FAILED

People, i created a new project on line command and imported for my eclipse.
when i run my application through of build.xml i get the follow error

BUILD FAILED
E:\code\seam\numberguessrules\build.xml:351: Failed to copy E:\code\seam\numberguessrules\dist\numberguessrules.ear to E:\programas\jboss-5.1.0.GA\server\default\deploy\numberguessrules.ear due to java.io.FileNotFoundException E:\programas\jboss-5.1.0.GA\server\default\deploy\numberguessrules.ear (Acesso negado) and I couldn't delete the corrupt E:\programas\jboss-5.1.0.GA\server\default\deploy\numberguessrules.ear

Anyone can help me?

Try shutting down the jboss and then deleting it (assuming you are running it in windows env) else looks like issue with the jboss install/file sector- copy clean jboss server at another location and make sure you change the jboss_home and classpath and try again. good luck.
