integrating seam manually without seam-gen

Hi,
I am new to seam and still investigating it. How can I integrate seam manually into an existing eclipse dyanmic web project? Which jars should be added to the project and which configurations should be made?
I used seam-gen to to start with seam. It's fast and easy, but I do not need all the different configurations and the project structure it creates.
Currently I just want to use the conversation scope of seam and wondering, and I could not find any tutorials which explains how to integrate seam manually into an existing JSF project.
I appreciate any help or links on this.

By default seam-gen is generate a very basic configuration. So I think you should use it for simplicity.

When you use seam-gen with eclipse you have a chance to choose ear(with ejb and war) or web(only war) configuration during the wizard.

If you already use a JSF project you just go eclipse/web project/properties/project facets
and finally check in Seam. It will set the default properties too.
