    Hot Deploy not working with some setups

      Hello there, Seam community.

      I'm a Seam newbie and I've been struggling these past days to get everything working here. This, however, is not a "help me" post.

      I'm just sharing some founds about hot deployment so others can save some time:

      The main problema I was facing was to get web pages to be properly hot-deployed.

      To me, the hot deploy feature failed under these setups:

      Eclipse JEE 3.5.2 + Seam 2.1.2 + JBoss 5.0.1GA
      Eclipse JEE 3.5.2 + Seam 2.2.0.GA + JBoss 5.0.1GA

      Hot deploy has worked out-of-the-box with

      Eclipse JEE 3.5.2 + Seam 2.2.0.GA + JBoss 4.2.3GA

      Also, the projects were built using seam-gen.

      Hope this helps someone!
