form double submit problem

Assume this is not a Javascript problem.

The form is being submitted twice (JSF/facelets) when I hit enter key in the h:inputText field. 

Seam 2.1.1.GA
RF 3.3.1.GA
JSF 1.2

What would cause this?  pages.xml config, etc.?

perhaps this was javascript problem.  we replaced the JS function for onkeydown/onkeypress event handler which was manually submitting the form when enter key is pressed with <s:defaultAction/> and the form is being submitted only once on enter key press.

We use jQuery blockUI plugin to disable the user submitting the form twice.
