Login issue - something bad happened error msg

    kimda

      Hi,

I deployed jboss seam web app that requires user to login first to update their info.
Yesterday some user reported they couldn't login even though they entered correct email and password. (of course we tested from inside/outside our network and we were able to login without any issues.) The id and pw are hard-coded in Authenticator class, so I know it is not DB issue. Clearing cache from their web browser didn't work either. Most of them are using windows in network systems.

The error message they get is something bad happened.
Has anyone experienced this issue before?

      thx

'Something bad happened.' likely indicates an exception was thrown somewhere. Go have a look at your seam log file and see what's been happening. Debugging information generally isn't sent to the actual user.

I already checked the log file and this is all I see.
