Best way to deal with BROWSER BACK button?

Dear Seam developers!

I develop a Seam application, but I don't know what is the best way to handle the browser back button, because it causes conversation exception if the conversation was closed. I think to execute a method that begin a new conversation when the user presses the browser back button. Is it possible or somebody has a good idea or solution for this?

The best way to handle no-conversation is to notify the user that his/her job's already done.

Use conversation-required=false attribute in pages.xml and define a proper error message to notify the user.

I think your solution is not too good for user experience. My case is to reload the page or restart a new conversation on the page when the user press the back button.

But you can't know what the user was looking at, because the conversation is timed out already.

You can use the stateful pageflow with jpdl, which has default back-button support.
