Ok, I got a username for JIRA. Able to search previous and similar issues and... that´s it, the issue exist but it does not have a hero.

Is there a plan/schedule for next release of 2.2.1 and will this have full JBoss 6 support ?

Of course there is a plan ;-). Seam 2.2.1 should be available very soon around JBoss AS 6 final release - end of this year or beginning next year.

Regarding full JBoss AS 6 support that is not what we can support at this moment (JSF2 full support and other Java EE 6 technologies). This is main target of Seam3/Weld to support Java EE 6.

Anyway after 2.2.1 which is mainly focused on JBoss AS 6 compatibility and bug fixing, you can expect, that Seam 2 will have got a branch for full JSF2 and probably some next enhancenments before Seam 3 will have Seam2-bridge module for backward compatibility and possibility to run Seam 2 application in Seam3/Weld runtime.
